I've worked hard to create a brand
for myself that is immediately
identifiable. I carry my brand into
everything my life touches- my car,
my clothes, my house, my keyring!,
and even my inkpen are color-cordinated in variations of the same four colors, and expressive
of the same style. I recently
moved to another state. I left my
inkpen in a heavily traveled store
and received a phone call from the
store's owner the next day- who said when he saw it he knew immediately who it belonged to.
Of course he already had my card-
and my phone number. It was a

“Pain or pleasure?” This is a great way to think about providing services to your clients. If you can take away their pain they will love you for ever. If you can give them pleasure they will come back for more. Try dividing yoour services into one or the other and then targetting them at your market.

David’s suggestion to have an accountability buddy really works for me. My buddy makes suggestions and I get a whole load of work done without realising it.
