Thanks for your articles and posts. It is always a pleasure to read thoughts from others who are of a like mind.

One of my books is “Building Self Confidence with Encouraging Words.” I stress how looking at old belief systems and practices may no longer serve you in the present.

Many people find it very hard to look inward and examine their lives and thoughts. However, it is the only way to truly change what we think and do.
