Hello. Check out this awesome iFraming Tool.
It works super and it’s NEW!

I have “on reserve” for free my digital copy, yet I have not received an email, after I went through the series of steps to qualify. What concerns me is that I am still being targeted to by the book. Which makes me wonder if my efforts at going through the process failed. I would think that your web site, if it really captured my email, and knows I am getting the PDF would target me differently. Just wondering. Can you confirm if I am on the list to get the PDF? Thanks.
Hi
Can you show YOUR websites that get YOU paid for what you are ?

Cynthia and Gale – sometimes we take a loss on the product and require membership. But for this new offer of http://www.GetPaidForWhoYouAre.com/access it’s totally optional.

Hi David,
I just wanted to say thank you for all of the wonderful tools, ideas, resources and support you offer to new coaches. I love your friendly, down-to-earth communication style, and the information you provide is world class!
I love the CoachStart manual and am looking forward to seeing the Explode Your Practice materials. You are giving me the tools I need to really launch my practice right. I owe a lot of my conficence to you – thank you!
I did just buy the program, but it is a real pain to have to cancel the membership after one month. It seems that everyone is trying to get people to join their clubs now and people just can’t afford to get sucked into these every time they want to buy a product.
I would gladly pay more for the product that have to sign up for one of these clubs. I almost didn’t sign up at all. I did hit the “remove” button for the monthly subscription but I suppose I will still have to watch out for that first billing and then immediately cancel.
Consumers are going to start to get angry about these monthly subscriptions if they are like me and have seen them start to pile up with monthly fees. And the worst part is that I usually don’t have time to even log in once.
