Try
this for yourself: 1. Grab a notebook before
you are fully awake 2. Do this every day to create a habit, 14
days at least 3. Start writing three pages stream of consciousness
- keep the pen moving even if it is just to say I don't know what to write. 4.
It doesn't matter what you write, don't judge or evaluate. You are just getting
the rubbish out of your head. 5. Don't read what you wrote. A possible
exception would be a to do list if you chose to create one during your writing.
