My friend Elza of www. elzamusic.com went to www.rentacoder.com, posted a request for bids, found a guy who was great, and paid just $15 an hour for a few hours to get her website and blog up and running. He turned out to be a high-school student who was working from home in another state, and he was so responsive that he would complete projects for Elza the same day she sent them.
