I've found that some of my favourite
clients are the mangers and small business owners - particularly where the business
is expanding.
Why do I love business
coaching? It's because I'm a raving entrepreneur, and love creating and expanding
businesses. Big thinking is fun! And, I find a lot of business owners are
high energy, switched-on people. Most of them really know their business pretty
well, and use me for a sounding board, co-developing strategies, and communication
and people skills.
